Pretty flexible with PTO. Decent benefits. Some areas have decent people. Other areas are full of unknowledgeable people who lack technical skills.

Cons

Management has focussed too much on budget versus prodcution and improvement. Offers on the low end for salaries compared to other Financial Services companies

Great benefits, good attitude re: work/life balance. There is nothing really great to add that I can think of at this time.
