Pros

This company does have generous benefit and education policy for full time permanent employees. Employees are encouraged to persue professional designations.

Cons

The company is not doing well financially and is very top heavy. There is a clear deliniation between management and the balance of the staff. Personally, I was treated well, but I witnessed many instances of personnel not being treated in a fair manner.

It is an insurance company with a lot of products to offer. Newer technologies are tested and used in projects.

Cons

Commute is horrible, company has poorly defined goals and the projects are not very concrete. Overall, it was a different experience.
