Great benefits, good attitude re: work/life balance. There is nothing really great to add that I can think of at this time.

Cons

Little guidance from upper management, poor salary in comparison to other large financial firms. There is also a sense of indifferece from the top.

Great Risk Management Culture Not overly agressive like so many other I Bank Opportunities to take larger responsibilities given how the bank was not wel structured in various areas

Cons

Lack of diversity at Senior Management Level in the UK Not a true meritocraty If you are Dutch, got more chances to progress with your career
