The company has good work-life balance. Employees are encouraged to plan their time-off so that they don't miss out on their paid leaves.

Cons

The company is limited potential for career growth. As ING is focusing on divesting Insurance business, there is uncertainty regarding company's future. The salaries are not competitive with the market.

great company to work for. Great vacation time off, increases with the time you work for them. Options for medical and health benefits.

Cons

stressful job position, but great company. Lines of communication can be blurred as it is such a large company although they have developed online web tools to help ease this.
