      Pros

      ING London offers good salary, excellent development opportunities, friendly and collaborative working environment, and plenty of benefits. My colleagues and senior managements are professional and helpful.

      Cons

      The work load here usually does not pose enough challenge, which at times limits the chance for further personal improvement.

      Pros

      ING is a challenging, dynamic environment that can give you exposure to many technologies and people. There's been developing opportunity for growth and there's a potential for it in the future, seemingly.

      Cons

      In the last several years, the environment has begun to feel unsettled. Communication from the top down is sporadic and weak at times and does not always address the greater concerns of the internal work force.

      Pros

      The training for the Series 6 is excellent; the instructors are very helpful and knowledgeable. The Windsor building is relatively new, and the cafeteria is pretty good although expensive. You get a good chunk of PTO to start out with, although you will rarely get the approval to take it. There's plenty of parking and it's free.

      Cons

      The ING Call Center is the most hostile work environment I've ever experienced. There is no support from supervisors, who actually encourage the "sink or swim" office mentality. Reps are expected to make referrals and push sales for no incentive or commission. The obsession with call metrics is disturbing- supervisors monitor every email you send, every minute spent in the restroom, every moment you spend off the phone will be questioned.
