      Pros

      I worked there for 10 years and had the chance to change jobs, change countries and build an interesting career. Great people and good benefits. I am sad I left.

      Cons

      They were cheap with the bonuses compared to the financial industry. Those who were Dutch had an advantage compared to the rest.

      Pros

      Good opportunity to work with people from all over the world Good compensation package People working there have very good competence level and HR does a great job ensuring the competence is kept alive by hiring a lot of young talents.

      Cons

      Huge difference in stress levels, depending on departments and roles. Tendency to fix the effect and not the cause. People care more about their job safety and less about finding solutions to common problems.
