Pros

Can sometimes be fun especially before a store opens and everyone works together building the showrooms. You do get an employee discount.

Cons

After the initial hoo ha of a store opening they cut hours to bare bones. People hire on as full time and within 3 months are part time, working 5 hours one day, then 4 hours two days later, it makes no sense. The pay is terrible, absolutely awful and this is an extremely wealthy company.

Pros

Very good about time off.

Cons

You have to fight for every hour you can work. Part time is 19 hours or less. Full time, 19 hours or more. Management does not tell you any of this until your hired in.
