Pros

Employee discount discounts are good the medical insurance is great. Coworkers are cool. Pay stayed the same after O4g was implemented

Cons

Management and leaders lack leadership. The changes that has taken place in the last 6 months are not working and a lot of quality co workers are leaving or looking to leave. The leadership had fallen to the waist side and everyone is unhappy and pointing fingers of blames

Pros

The benefits, like PTO, sick leave, health and dental coverage, are all very good for the position and are given even to part time employees. Depending on what part of the company you work in, the atmosphere can be pretty relaxed.

Cons

The manager's show very little aptitude for properly training or running their departments, and HR hires based on quotas rather than who will do a good job. Very little room for advancement, especially after the recent restructuring.
