Pros

Excellent people. Many of the people in the building are awesome. The night shift is the only shift that you have set hours, not set days but set hours. Many coworkers stay for the benefits and the longer you've been there the better the pay gets. If the store meets its sales goal for the year then you get the bonus. but from what I hear the store has only got the bonus 3x in the last decade.

Cons

Most (not all) of management in the building kind of sucks. It's a lot of people that some how failed up constantly fail to meet their goals due to lack of knowing what they should be doing. Many coworkers are unhappy. turnover is high.

Pros

There are some good benefits Most coworkers are nice people. Leader favorites get away with everything! Suggestion: become the leader's favorite.

Cons

Favoritism for slackers who the team leader likes to hang out with at work. Most leaders are good but if you get that one who is not professional, is bad tempered, making up their minds based solely on likes and dislikes, and shows a lot of favoritism watch out. I hope other IKEAs are better at promoting good leadership.

Pros

The benefits package is great if you're an HL3 or 4 employee, HL2 is okay but PTO accruals aren't as high. Full time benefits if you work at least 20 hours a week

Cons

Management is primarily concerned about earning the annual bonus rather than fix several issues regarding excess waste and green policies, employee morale, workload excess due to lack of quality hiring, and callout abuse due to an inability to manage employees already on staff who only come in to earn a paycheck.
