Pros

Genuinely nothing positive about the place.

Cons

The company allows people with a strong financial input to control their stores, which essentially means that they can treat people however they want. Since Brisbane stores were taken over by this new manager, it has been a truly awful place to work. She is a putrid excuse of a human being that is allowed to treat people like pest, and the company just stands idly by and watches. Everyone working for Ikea is an accomplice to this. Genuinely, you can find ANY company that would be better to work for. I suggest you stay far far away. The pay is no incentive either, they're definitely on the lower end in comparison to other companies. Ikea - do better. Don't just sit by and watch hundreds of people be treated like this, be better, create positive change.
