Pros

Pays more than comparable stores with the same position; great work climate, amazing social benefits, everyone is approachable, CAN DO attitude, customer is actually king, cheap food for staff, xmas present, xmas money, holiday money, .... what more do you want.

Cons

Shift work (but doesn't really work otherwise) You don't get THAT much more if your a team leader, need to go higher up the rank most beautiful uniforms :D

Pros

Great Benefits - Health, PTO, Holiday Gift, $3 meal deal, Holiday Party, Team Outings Unique Company Culture - not your usual corporate structure/environment Global Market Leader - biggest home furnisher in the world and getting bigger Opportunities for Development - lots of departments to work in depending on your interest

Cons

Not enough locations in the US - limits moving around Humble company so doesn't always do a good job of promoting how good it is to work here. Technology is OK but not cutting edge
