Pros

The start off pay is great compared to other jobs. I enjoy the discount and having a customer restaurant, employee restaurant and bistro.

Cons

It is really far especially if you want to move to another company. You have to wait a while before switching to another department.

Pros

friendly and helpful, good social climate, flat hierarchies, good benefits, cheap lunch options, environmentally and socially conscious, managment is very personable and down-to-earth (e.g. met Mikael personally and he treated me, as a low-level, part-time employee, with wonderful respect and warmness; same goes for the lower bosses)

Cons

things can get extremely hectic and sometimes information doesn't get through --> communication break-downs happen quite often; rather chaotic in general
