Pros

I am a part-time logistics co-worker. I work on inflow and I enjoy it. The work is very demanding as you are basically replenishing warehouse shelves for 6+ hours and at very early hours but I do not mind it at all. I enjoy the early morning hours. Leaves the remainder of the day open. Not many people enjoy this type of work but it is simple, no fussy customers to deal with and its a great workout. Haaaaaa.

Cons

To some people the hours may not be the best, but you know what you are getting into when you apply for the position. The work is repetitive in nature. Unstrap pallets, remove plastic, place in correct location. The pay is not the greatest as there are companies offering more starting pay for similar work, but the benefits are generous.

Pros

The benefits are awesome. Great insurance and paid time off. IKEA really believes in their culture and values and offers a lot of training so that all co-workers are on the same page.

Cons

working during the summer/catalog season is pretty rough but if you can make it through those few months the rest of the year is much better. It can be frustrating to deal the service office in another state because they usually have very little knowledge as to what goes on in the store.
