Pros

A wealth of continuing education, diverse ideology in regards to company culture, camaraderie, merit-based mobility opportunities actually can play out, on a world-wide basis.

Cons

Stagnant thought in leadership, has sometimes bred a complacent atmosphere. There is a contingency of connected co-workers in certain parts of the big box retailer.

Pros

The overall community the store has together is great. Absolutely loved my job and its benefits even though i was part time. Companies values are great and can be used when looking at working at other companies

Cons

the only problem was the customers.. Sometimes they can be rude

Pros

I was able to obtain overtime very easily, however... when i wanted to simple work my basic contracted hours, it was "a huge let down" of me to leave my team hanging. In addition, the 15% discount is very useful.

Cons

Working in IKEA, is very stressful, as there are not enough staff members to cover each area of the department. it was not fair to put so much pressure on a young task force.
