Pros

Great family and friendly environment. IKEA is a place where they implement Eco-friendly solutions with their products and try to minimize waste. Employees are well taken care of and given the proper class training and skills to perform the job right.

Cons

Same routine every single day. Takes time to move up the ladder. Breaks and lunches are shorter than most retail places.
