Pros

Pretty sweet co-workers, everyone is usually nice. Decent training program. Pretty nice uniforms.

Cons

Takes too long to apply to a different department. High standards for low pay. Very formalized HR process. The efficiency of the department largely rest with the management of the department, so you see a lot of lacking departments and others excelling.

Pros

People, Managers, Work schedule: I think everyone is fair, they want you to create a good working world by listening and helping you as you move up or stay where you are.

Cons

None at the moment. If there was one thing i guess it would be that you have to push to get better, improve your standing. I'm used to working hard and having the managers or owners recommend the next step, at Ikea they want you to do all the work, figure out whet the next step will be and then they will put some thing in place for you. I don't know, its something that takes getting used to i guess, its not bad its just different.
