Pros

We worked shift work when I was there then shifted to an eight week rota I think. It's good pay. People are friendly. Free monthly massage plus weekly massage chair during working hours. IKEA discount of 15%. They provided the clothes. They pay half of your gym membership. There's opportunities to progress in the company. The people are great and most look after each other. It's high pace. Most will start with picking customer orders or help with receiving goods or loading goods into semi truck containers. The people are what's best.

Cons

Challenges would be if you're picking it's very physical and high paced. I was exhausted daily for the first few months until I got kind of used to it. Be careful lifting to prevent injuries. The early hours of 05.30-14.00 were tough one week followed by 14.00-23.00 the next week.
