Pros

Awesome job with great benefits and store activities to keep you informed and well aware.

Cons

Some of the managers aren't competent of the position they are in. Can get really rowdy and crowded. Not much motivation or inspiration to help you further your career within the company. You have to be all buddy buddy with upper management for you to advance within certain stores.

Pros

Professional sales, product and management training.

Cons

Greater networking between departments to better learn details and people in each in turn helps to understand and promote all areas of Ikea as a whole

Pros

IKEA is an interesting growing company with many exiting challenges. Good culture and values with opportunities to learn and develop as person and professional.

Cons

Not as coordinated and uniformed in some quite obvious and simple fields. Somehow disorganised and this creates unneeded work and quite some protectionism.
