Pros

Coworkers are approachable and very friendly. They are happy to help new starts. The Ikea family is truly welcoming.

Cons

Ikea stores are extremely busy to work can be quite stressful at times. Also working as a kitchen salesman requires a lot of knowledge which takes time to acquire. Also pay does not reward or incentivise sales.

Pros

Great Culture and story behind the Brand. Also there is a truly great product range that if you're passionate about, is easy to love.

Cons

Lack of wider understanding from within the store about specialist functions ans their role withing the wider organisation.
