Pros

Huge supply chain network, great way to gain entry-level experience. Flexible schedule (both hours and days), great medical benefits and PTO structure.

Cons

If you work in a store, Logistics will always take a back seat to other functions - you will do more work for less pay than colleagues in other functions. You also have to be willing to move at a moment's notice if you want to move up within the company.

Pros

Benefits, paid time off, paid sick time, don't work overtime. Friendly co-workers, low level stress work environment.

Cons

Communication is a challenge because of large physical work place. Sometimes I don't get specific direction for tasks.
