Pros

Health Insurance - That is the main reason why people work there. You get lots of education whether its on the history of the company to your benefits. Actually they encourage you to take as many classes you want. Most of the manager have been with the companies over many years and have a lot of growth opportunities . In fact when new stores open then encourage employees to apply for those jobs and I think they help you transfer to those cities. Three dollar lunches even if you chose to get something from there restaurant

Cons

Low Pay (Basically you start out a bit higher then minimal wage) High Turn Over Rate (Over 70 %) 15% discount
