Pros

At our store we had a great team,and i have learned a lot about design styles and customers needs. IKEA give me the opportunity to step into a designer role with very little previous experience so that i really appreciate. IKEA do care about their customers and aim to provide a great experience and keep in mind being cost conscious for their customers.

Cons

Too much work politics in this particular store anyways, therefor progress is hard to come by. IKEA should care more about their co-workers. Salary for Kitchen Designers is the same as a cashiers by the checkout.

Cons

Disorganization of management. This is a common theme in retail though, although you generally aren't accountable for their mistakes and management has a positive attitude towards workers are willing to accept mistakes and learn from them
