Pros

The benefits and pay are some of the best in the business, especially for a big box retailer. Some members of management actually care.

Cons

There is no accountability in the store. Steering managers are quick to throw their managers under the bus to cover their own behinds. There’s fraudulent activity going on in most areas of the store, especially with inventory, receiving, and returns. One specific manager has the highest turnover rating, but they claim “people just don’t want to work,” when we all know the problem is that manager and not the people.

Pros

The pay is pretty high for a visual merchandiser position. Benefits are pretty good, and PTO is excellent.

Cons

Bonuses every year are only like 0.50 a year, they overwork their coworkers, and you can tell everyone is tired and overworked.
