      -Most departments riddled with SEVERELY unqualified people -As mentioned by other employees, managers can get away with ANYTHING -Senior leadership is out of touch -Benefits are slowly eroding -Lower pay compared to industry

      Familial environment, people are generally nice

      Cons

      Organization doesn't allocate enough resources on developing employees, very traditional hierarchical company, employees placed in stretch roles are not always provided the support and resources to help them succeed and if they don't provide results are quickly fired

      Pros

      There really are some stellar people at this company. The products are interesting and it's fascinating to see and learn how things that you consume everyday are produced.

      Cons

      The management team needs to wake up or just go! It's clear that the Executive Leadership team is dysfunctional and doesn't get along. The tension trickles down to the teams. In addition, it's very much an "ivory tower" culture. Those at the top don't deign to interact with those in the trenches, and if they do, it's certainly not genuine.
