      Pros

      The fragrance industry is a very interesting one, lots to learn and experience. Nice colleagues in my office. Very good compensation and benefits.

      Cons

      Not very clear career path structure as an entry level employee. Very laissez-fair management that doesn't always work. Attitude of colleagues in other locations is very "that's not my job, I can't help you, I don't know who you can ask".
