      Pros

      Nice learning initially but then its very normal and doesnt help you grow much. good for freshers they get good exposure

      not very transparent in the appraisals. lot of politics at higher levels. quuality declining over years

      Infrastructure Brand name Decent learning experience for freshers Educational qualification/Degree held directly proportional to Pay package. Work friendly for the fairer sex, esp. if coming form conservative family Top most management

      Cons

      Extremely Low pay, which makes thing highly depressing Growing opportunities very limited in fact none maybe Monotonous work after a year on working in a project Zero appreciation to hard work during time of Increment else very high appreciation while allotting work (tougher ones) Huge office politics. Middle and lower level management understands and sees only what is told; turns a blind eye to hard work. It's like one fox howls the others do too, without thinking why
