      As a BDE, we need to work hard, but no respect for an individual or appreciation is shown by the Relationship manager.

      Pros

      ICRA is the Brand Name. So people tend to get attracted to work here. But if one wants to work at the sales end, then this is the worst company because you are give step mother treatment, you are off payroll from ICRA. Decent crowd, no abusive language ever used by anyone.

      Cons

      NO Appreciation by the management. BIASED opinion system. Partiality for the payroll Guys. Off Payroll-Teamlease. No proper incentive structure. NO future growth.

      Less Growth Opportunities within organization despite good performance. Salary Inequalities for performing staff.
