Pros

It pays money so you won't starve to death.

Cons

The position that I unfortunately accepted is not what I signed up for. I have no career growth and I am forgetting what I knew technically. I am being switched to another project after 6 months from when I started and it is very hard to get another project.

Pros

Generally speaking, the Work Pressure at IBM can be observed to be manageable. I work in the innovations field, hence the opportunity to work with state of the art technology like Watson and other data science solutions is very rewarding. The Flexibility one has when working at IBM is very attractive. The options of Home office and flexible work timings(dependent on project) are a boon.

Cons

The salary compensations, salary revisions and other perks are a the downsides of working at IBM.
