Pros

Good pay, good colleagues, rich challenges, very less office politics, fair management.

Cons

Limited opportunities due to small size of the company. Widely dispersed workforce, no sense of a team. No training.

Pros

Strong organization, fast, growing, dynamic, fun. IBI Group is a great place to grow and develop. You learn a lot of skills and are exposed to a variety of projects. IBI has clients all over the world and have a diverse set of projects. There is also a supportive environment. The leaders are understanding yet very competent, experts in their field. While the salary is moderately competitive to start, one's career growth is commensurate upon qualifications and experience. There is a lot of opportunity to collaborate and lead.

Cons

Workload variable (not for everyone). Consulting isn't for everyone. If you're looking for a 9-5 job, you will not find it here. While the hours are usually regular, the work is project based. You could be very busy one week, and relaxed another.
