Pros

The organisation is centred around providing quality care - this extends to employees as well as guests.

Cons

Despite how well employees are treated and looked after, there is a high turnover and this is predominately due to uncompetitive remuneration.

Good pay good hours very careing staff and family oriented people.

Cons

Too many jobs under one title. Not heard when stating an opinion. Raise too small for economic.

- Demonstrate "Care" within employees - A good place to learn, teammate is willing to share experience

Cons

- Too much bureaucracy and seniority, less flexibility, too many rules - Mostly consist of old employees, resistant for changes - Slow to adapt on new technology and idea - Low payment, low salary increase YoY - Bonus performance only 1x monthly salary
