Great culture! You will make friends for life working with Hyatt. The tenure is unbelievable because of room for growth and the relationships you will develop. Salaried employees on a 5 day work week, earn comp days for 6th and 7th day After 1 year, earn 12 free nights at Hyatt properties, associate discounts available Associate cafeteria! Employee Resource Groups!

Work - Life Balance can be a struggle during busy seasons Advancement often requires changing markets to reach the next level Tenured associates can be set in their ways and not as ready to embrace changes

Pros

Best part is working with friendly workmates. Free meals is also helpful considering that the pay is not much at all. Good company to work for.

Cons

Pay is not great but expected for industry. They want everyone to start with a low minimum wage. Benefits are decent however you do not get them until after working with them for 1 year.
