Pros

They value their employees and make every attempt to promote from within. Lot of opportunity to be creative and try new things. They try to hire around personality so you work with a wide mix of people bringing different ideas to the table. Benefits are good.

Cons

Its a large company and you can definitely become a cog in the wheel. Working in a hotel means you are often working during holidays, nights, weekends; when your family and friends are not.

Pros

Pay was OK. Good benefits.

Cons

Management didn't put enough efforts on employees' customer service skill training. It seems they relies on giving away their business to make guests happy.
