Pros
Coworkers, free food, laid back environment
Cons
Laid back environment (not a lot of rules, but there wasn't anything to do to pass time) Lack of training (I was told we needed three days back to back of training to understand the ropes. I was shown quickly how to use the computer, then basically left by myself the next shift. I didn't know how to answer any questions. Didn't know how to check out people, or do walk ins, I was part time, so it makes sense, but I still should've been taught everything) Management (I worked later in the afternoon, and never saw management, if there were big sporting events checking in, they would leave before they showed, so we were left to deal with all of the chaos, and all of the noise complaints.)Communication (I was never sent the schedule, even after calling management, and texting for updates. I never knew when I needed to come in, it was always sent out the day before the week started)
