      Pros

      I have some enjoyable - yet similarly impoverished/depleted/drained by lack of funds/resources/abilities to cultivate a life - colleagues. We're improving our skills of phony happiness to guests.

      Cons

      Really rotten salary for hourlies. Indicative of general infantilization treatment. When you don't value employees as adults requiring the ability to support themselves by their paycheck - you clearly don't value them at all.

      The people and the benefits. Fun environment. The ability to up-sell rooms and earn commission. Most guests will make your day the best ever.

      Cons

      When you are new you get the late night shifts. Hard to move up in house. Power tripping managers.
