Pros

Free food, higher pay then most hotels.

Cons

No employee parking, must park and ride or walk upwards of 15 min from parking garage. Horrible training for management. Front Desk/PBX. Expect other employees to train you while they are extremely busy. Work schedule only given one week out no work life balance.

Pros

Benefits, paid vacation and 401k are top-notch. Employee cafeterias and fun outings almost every month are a definite fun addition to working here.

Cons

Middle management seems to be mainly fresh college grads who are self-entitled and think they own you. Write-ups for common, unintended mistakes. I was written up for something they did wrong.
