Awful Company

Pros

Decent pay, work from home. Benefits are good.

Cons

You're nothing but a number. Your "metrics" can be far, far above where they should be across the board but if a single one is even .01 above metric they'll start the termination path.

Pros

You get good food for lunch and dinner for free and that too in buffet system. Other than that a good status amongst ur friends and family that you are working at the corporate office of Grand Hyatt. THAT'S ALL.

Cons

Let me start.... 1. Bad Politics. If u can butter the management then you get a hike else get fired. 2. HR. Always busy gossiping and chatting and heed to no one's concerns or complaints. 3. Days after days there will be no work for you if you are into designing so instead the owners and high management will task you with renovations of his own house and room.

Pros

Wonderful work environment with employees and guest. Easy. Get the hours promised. Works with your schedule.

Cons

On your feet the entire time. Gallery Host is much more than your typical front desk.
