Great benefits and opportunities to grow within the company.

Cons

Management at my particular property overturned so often that it was difficult for them to live up to their "caring" values....

Pros

Your coworkers are generally very friendly and understanding when you're new and still learning the ropes. They're understanding of my class schedule and work with me to give me reasonable hours. You get decent discounts when staying at other Hyatts anywhere in the world-- currently I'm looking at Singapore and I can get a room for about $87/night.

Cons

There is a lot of online training you need to do but no time to actually complete it. Management can be hypocritical. For example, they'll be on you the second you take out your phone but then you'll see them on their phones all the time.
