Pros

12 free nights after 1 year of service. Competive pay with experience

Cons

1.Team Member rate is trash compared go Hilton. Rate is rarely available and you have to book 2 weeks in advance in order to secure anything. 2. Hyatt has gone away from having standard operating procedures. No annual classroom style trainings. So be prepared to train your staff with Google or from your own experiences. 3. Mandatory 10 hour shifts for management. 4. Employee handbook is very generic, no real guidelines. 5. Attendance policy goes by points and is joke. 6. Systems are outdated and they are never the first to do anything and they still do it subpar Hyatt is #3 in hotel brands for a reason. Better off going to Marriott or Hilton.
