Run Away While You Still Can

Pros

Nice building that is close to the train station. Beautiful office building with amazing views. Nice lunch area so that you don't have to leave the building if you do not want to.

Cons

Terrible work structure. I had three bosses in one year. Everyone was constantly moving positions so you never developed a work structure with people. The open concept of working areas was terrible. Not able to make a phone call to a client because it was too loud. Your boss would be two desks over in the same work table area. Way too many meetings. There were meetings about having too many meetings and how to structure an efficient meeting... ugh The atmosphere was highly charged with competitiveness amongst employees instead of a good working pool of people.

Good compensation, Needs to Adjust their Focus

Pros

Compensation good; nice personalities at the executive level; free comp stays.

Cons

Terrible vision for profit growth; they focus on eliminating positions to cut on labour costs, putting the pressure on staff to produce the same results as 3 humans; staff exhausted; zero Marketing and revenue growth tactics; too much emphasis on producing reports for higher management and too many useless meetings, not enough time to actually focus on goals; terrible systems, absolutely archaic compared to other comparable brands like Marriott and Hilton, takes 100 times more effort to modify the machine learning and systems than to it would be to manage it all without the systems entirely. More time spent fixing the systems than on strategy. Very annoying and exhausting.
