Pros

Option to work from home Good healthcare, vision, dental, PTO benefits Nice team members, leadership

Cons

Very rigid work environment due to Federal guidelines. Customer Service policies didn't always make sense - sometimes long wait times when getting answers to questions for providers. Long provider calls - four hour calls with 28 claims to asist with. Needed to stay on call even if shift ended. Call quality when working with international clients could be difficult at times.

Pros

Good benefits and the option to work from home

Cons

Worst attendance policy! Employees are not allowed to be sick or have emergency doctors appointments. You get insurance but never able to use because there is never time off available. They only eat you can miss work without consequence is if you die
