No leadership - lots and lots of management, but no leadership
Pros
Some of the coworkers are nice
Cons
They hire cheap which oftentimes means no experience or aptitude - even at higher management levels which equates to a very low-performing organization. Also, not a single C-level or upper management that is inspiring or engaging => little to no passion in the org. DEPRESSING!! The worst part - little to no leadership or people management skills. There are so many layers of management - many, many managers with a single FTE so no one to mentor managers on leadership or people management skills. Not much opportunity for women in roles other than admin type roles. Tech stack is abysmal - but if you are older, you may be able to get a job because the tech is so old that people coming out of college don't want the roles and/or are not learning the tech. "Re-invent" and "Re-org" at least once a year but oftentimes, once a quarter. Hence - no feeling of team or belonging nor is it easy for a team to learn to work together and deliver.
