      Pros

      Working at Humana offers some good experiences that will serve me well later in my career.

      Cons

      The pay is not fair and equitable. You can litterally have people that are reporting to you that are making more money than you. It is hard to stay motivated when you see this.

      Too political, no place for talent. Humana needs Guidance.

      Pros

      Better pay. The benefits are ok. Some co-workers were and great to work with.

      Cons

      Too many politics. Too much of favoritism and good work never reaches the Sr. Management. No recognition for hard work and success. The middle management is inefficient in providing guidance. No defined structure/process and different Sr. Directors/VP's have different views in operating the organization. Management encourages ( forces) for your frank inputs on process improvements only to use them against you.
