Pros

The ability to expand forward if willing to take advantage of set times and school. It's nice having a 9-5 as a nurse.

Cons

Center operations get involved in medical. How's a Business administrator going to tell medical teams how to do things? How does senior management not get involved in politics. Well I do work in Miami where every thing is crooked.

Good perks, Nice location, generally good people

Cons

Constant battles and turf wars with headquarters in Kentucky. Leadership team is somewhat indecisive and can be less than professional at times. Lots of politics.

the managers tend to micromanage their employees which leads to high employee dissatisfaction and a high rate of turnover in several departments
