some of the best reasons to work at Humana are flexible work schedule, management is very accommodating when it comes to vacation

Humana works people like slaves and then wonders why there are problems when people wear out.

Financially strong company, some very good leaderships but there is no on going training for Leadership. Promotion and raises are based on the buddy system. Company continues to make record profits and yet it is not shared with Associates or Management fairly.

Cons

Like working in a sweat shop, never enough resources to do your job. No annual performance reviews and get past over if you are not hanging out with the in crowd. Most Directors are incompetant and do not develop their Managers. Benefits and pay are bad, once you are hired raises are only given every other year and then if you get one it is from 2 to 3 %.
