      Have to work holidays to accommodate the needs of the company. It would be nice to have work/life balance during holiday season

      Pros

      You have the opportunity to become anything you desire far as income and companys growth. The company will set leads for you and you have the ability to meet and greet people in various group settings.

      Cons

      If you have a book of business, you may not be allowed to meet with your existing clients that would be from another carrier. My manager i feels holds me back with knowledge and limits my income.

      Pros

      Fliexible schedule, operated primarily on my own. No "clock punching", everything was based on my performance and value, not the hours I worked.

      Cons

      Too corporate. They are a very large, slow moving company. Software changes go through an unreal process and new software development changes are not implemented by the development team, but by an implementation team who has no idea about the software.
