      Pros

      Connecting with your co-workers is the only way to survive. You will need your co-workers to motivate you on a daily basis. You will get a paycheck every 2 weeks for your efforts.

      Cons

      Management is very slow to resond respond to employee needs. This is a cookie cutter atmosphere so there is litttle to no flexibility with anything..

      Pros

      I like the location and the opportunities to grow. over 5 people got promoted within 7-months of working there, I have never seen this on any other company

      Cons

      Very disorganized. I would not recommmend it as an employer. You get penalize if you use your sick time, it counts as an instance and will get you in a correctiv action
