Pros

- Vacation time wasn't too bad - pay wasn't too bad but could be better

Cons

- management openly shows favoritism - if you question management's ethics, you will be fired - management doesn't know from one day to another what is going on, what your schedule will be or how to do ANYTHING! - if management likes you, you can sit and talk for hours, while getting paid and make all the others do the work, get a great schedule and time off whenever you need it. - it doesn't matter to management if your numbers are the highest, most efficient and accurate. - No room for growth within department/company - Conduct redundant group meetings every day unnecessarily, which disrupts work flow. - Management doesn't provide enough feedback to employees as they say they would. - Way too many bottlenecks in the department process/operation.

Pros

I love the work at home aspect.

Cons

-Production based for nurses, social workers and community health educators! All they care about is meeting your goals. You will be required to work well more than 40 hours per week to meet their unattainable goals. At hire was told I would manage 220 members, now it is close to 300 and they are not stopping. -3 weeks vacation on hire yet you are told you must work double the week prior or following vacation in order to meet your goals for the week you are off. Essentially there is NO vacation benefit! Some departments have vacation coverage but they will not consider it for mine! When submitting vacation requests my boss always reminds me I am responsible for my production goals for the week I am gone. Never does she say "enjoy your vacation!" Just a constant reminder that the work MUST be done!!!!! -Was told one salary during interviewing process, given another lower salary when position was offered. -Management is very condescending! -When hired I was told my schedule would be very flexible as long as the work was complete. I was told Monday thru Friday day shift. Now I am being told I have to work evenings and Saturdays to get the work done that continues to mount. -Management is not very open and forthcoming! Very secretive! -Have to purchase all of your own office supplies. They will only supply one printer ink per month, NOTHING else. -Even though you are work at home, you are monitored all the time!!! -Constant changing of rules. My coach told me one day that what matters the most is that we reach our production goals each week. If we have reached that then we don't have to put in the 40 hours. I was sick one afternoon but was still able to exceed my production goals for that week. (This was when my member roster was very low). The next Monday I received an email from my coach stating I was below 40 hours for the week and needed to make up that time. When reminded of her original comment, she said she changed her mind.
