      Great benefits! I create my own schedule and work from home. It's as if I am self employed, but have the benefits of working for a large company.

      Cons

      Sometimes the upper management has no clue of what goes on in the field. They think one direction will be cheaper on the company from their cubical at corporate, but when you take a step back you find another way is actually less costly and more beneficial. When changing benefits each year for our clients, the boots on the ground are rarely asked advise of...and it backfires...we could have saved those members from leaving. We could have said, don't get rid of this benefit...whatever the cost.

      Great place to start a career. Good place to learn operations. Must move within organization for raises, etc difficult to do this.

      Cons

      No room to move up within. Pay could be more.
