      Huge company with amazing benefits & great, open-minded culture you'd expect from big business - company truly values diversity & makes a big effort to include all types.

      Cons

      Huge company - can sometimes lack the human aspect. When HR is an 800-number & every meeting is a webinar w/ 100+ participants across the country, it can can seem impersonal & challenging to develop knowledge & a network of resources.
