      Pros

      Humana allows work at home. My current boss is the best I've ever had, providing autonomy with lots of support and positive feedback.

      Cons

      I just learned that, in the process of my current boss trying to obtain a promotion for me, his boss has decided I am to come work for him in another area. This backfired on us both! It will be more money but I am not sure whether I can still work at home and it will be hard for any other boss to be better than what I currently have.

      Great compensation and you learn a lot.

      Cons

      Often not included in important decisions that impact you. Working with other departments can be difficult due to nature of corporate reporting structure and competing priorities.
